It seems like there was always an inclination for mechanical things. At the earliest age enjoying erector sets to tearing apart gas engines and meticulously cleaning the parts as a teenager (for no other reason than it was a part of a machine), there’s been an affinity for mechanical devices.
That interest transitioned to becoming an auto mechanic after completing vocational training and then obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. The degree led me to a career with the Boeing Company that spanned 30 years as a Manufacturing Engineer, which included obtaining a (Boeing designated) Six Sigma Black Belt where I found the analytical / statistical methodology and tools very interesting.
Drawing on my past background, DynaFit was born as an opportunity to help people achieve a more safe and enjoyable bike riding experience. Pardon the pun, but it just seemed like the perfect fit.
When not bike fitting, I enjoy both road cycling and mountain biking.
